LiftSpat is a kitchen tool that combines functionality and aesthetics, solving the problem of spatulas having no where to put during cooking with its upright design. The product enhances ease of use and hygiene, creating a more efficient and comfortable cooking experience.
I visited over 20 households to research, observe, and conduct in-depth interviews about daily cooking habits. The findings revealed a common issue: there is often nowhere to place the spatula while cooking. Many people tend to leave spatulas on the stove or beside the pot, which leads to grease stains on the stove. This not only increases the cleaning burden but also raises hygiene concerns.

LiftSpat features an upright base that allows the spatula to stand securely on its own, eliminating the need for an additional stand. This design makes it easy to place the spatula at any time. The grease-catching groove located underneath the spatula head effectively collects any leftover grease, preventing drips from contaminating the stove and keeping the kitchen clean. Additionally, the handle is thoughtfully designed to accommodate various hand sizes, ensuring a comfortable grip and smooth usage.
